Lightroom 2 Released!

If you don’t already know, Lightroom 2 has been released by Adobe! Im looking forward to using LR2 and all its great new features. Nothing really new has happened to the Web Module, so nothing to report there. I myself have not tested any galleries with LR2, but many users have been using and testing with LR2 and have had no problems. I strongly suggest upgrading to LR2 as all current and future galleries I make will be made using LR2. They should still work fine on any previous verions of LR though, but im assuming at some point there will be a time when I need to use something specific to LR2.

Im really looking forward to using LR2 and creating new galleries as well as improving my current ones.

NOW GO BUY LIGHTROOM 2!

Thanks
joe

I tried LRG Complete 2.5.7 with LR2 and it seems to have trouble displaying the shell preview.

Got it this is such a great day. Not only with the new release, but also what you have done.

GREAT JOB

Joe,
Output sharpening has been added in V2.0.
Sean.

Output Sharpening is going to be awesome!

Same here with the Shell preview in LR2, only the loading bar shows, nothing else.

LR 2 has a new Create Web Gallery option in the Collections panel! It saves your images and template settings in one convenient place! Looks like it would be very helpful with LRG Complete! Going to experiment and see if it’s “compatible”

I’m not sure where the rest of you stand, but I’m really enjoying LR 2. I love it!
