Guy, can you send me a screenshot of the small fonts? i had this issue with this template before but it was fixed. I would like to see what you are seeing.
Hello,
I am so glad I found this site, it’s awesome! I have a question. I uploaded and installed the gallery and it works fine with a small amount of photographs, but when I try to do a gallery of 200 or more photos it won’t load the photos. I waited a while to make sure that they processed but nothing happened. It there a place where the amount of photos can be changed?
Cheers,
Michael
People have reported some issues with this template when trying to use 200+ photos. The main problem is that this gallery has to load all those images at once since it is a large strip of images. 200 images will take a while to load, and if the computer is slow or internet speed is slow it may cause problems. im going to try to work on a better loading solution for this template, its a little tricky but i’ll figure it out:-)
Hi!
Great work! : ) I love that template, and i’d like to submit suggestions! : )
- Make comments and submit images optional with a checkbox in lightroom
- A thumbnail sliding menu… Kind of a small size duplication of main images for easier navigation so visitors can jump photos. Something like a mix between flashbox, flashscroller and this template.
- A categorie sub-menu like FlashFlex… but with the same layout as this template would be cool…
I’ll probably get some other ideas later… ; )

Hi again! : )
I’m having problem when my gallery gets bigger than 50 pics… A way around that could be to load only 3-4 images prev and next to the one showed… that way it would be faster and wouldn’t take too much bandwidth for nothing… : )

Hey!!!
Amazing gallery and amazing concept; I am absolutely in love with it. One caveat though, and that’s been mentioned here before, but anything more than roughly 50 images just freezes up the gallery creation. And I waited and waited and still it would not work.
I dunno if you can resolve this, but Im just leaving the feedback. Amazing work otherwise!!
PLEASE FIX :D:D:D
Hi, first, awesome gallery template. I love the look and really want to use the “select” and email feature. I have loaded PHP and followed the instructions on the site for enabling iSAPi and CGI but I still dont get emails when I go in and test the selections. Any suggestions? Thanks again, Regards Brian
I love the concept, seems perfect for what I need!
One problem… I put the folder in the correct place, as per the tutorials, but they are not showing up in Lightroom. I am running a Mac on OS X Leopard (10.5), is that the problem?
You can use the other template just turn off the paypal option and it will work fine. i will update the non paypal version soon for you though
i dont think the other one allows one to select images, add comments and email selections like this one?
i added the fixed paypal version but without paypal version i couldnt get the selection, comments and email to view
Thanks!
It is a nice concept with potential, but, form an interacion designers-perspective, it is not very clear how this gallery works… It lacks some usability.
How does one know, comments are sent to the photographer?
At first it seems like one can add a comment, so the comment will be attached to the photo. As seen in FlickR and YouTube. But when commenting, nothing really happens, it leaves the comment in the textbox. It is not made clear the comments will be sent as soon as one sumbits his of her selection.
This is a new way of leaving comments (more private), something that is not made very clear in the interface.
Nonetheless, nice work till so far.
Hey, has anyone else had any problems with the subit selection feature? ANY help would be fantastic!

Hey,
Great template. Excuse my ignorance, I don’t usually do my own web work. When I export my web gallery from Lightroom to my host everything appears to upload fine. However, when i go to the URL to test, nothing loads. IfI export it to my Desktop, it works fine. I only have about 20 images in the gallery. Is there something I am missing?
Thanks
can you send me the link to the gallery you exported to your web host? i need to see exactly whats happening. you may just have uploaded it to the wrong place on your server.
Here it is…. http://www.derekmills.ca/peogal2
The gallery size is only 1.8 megs foe 12 photos.
Thanks
Hi!
A counter would be great, so my customers can see, how many pics they already picked.
(e.g. they selecting the photos for a wedding album, where there’s a limit of let’s say 100 photos. So they can see, if they goes over the limit…)
Nice work anyway! regs
I just spent the last 7 hours looking all over the net for a suitable way to present my photos to clients so they can select the ones they want. This is by far the best I have seen so far. There’s only a couple of things that would make this perfect.
1. A counter to show how many pics the client has selected.
2. Some sort of thumbnail system to make it quicker and easier to navigate around.
3. Definitely love to see an option to turn off the comments box.
4. Have the selected photos really stand out from the unselected to make it quicker and easier for a client to see which shots they have selected. Maybe the border around the photo could change colour?
I would have no problems paying for a product like this if it had those extra option. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Danny!
Great suggestions. I will try to integrate those for the next release of the template.
Hi,
Great job, but I wonder why the selected pictures list is not included in the mail I receive.
1. I select picts
2. I click the button
3. a window is displayed saying the selection is sent
4. I receive a mail without SELECTED IMAGES and SELECTED FILES LIST
Frustrating … what am I doing wrong ?
Thx
Thats is very odd that you are not getting the listing. you are getting an email though right? does anyone else have this problem?
hey this is a really great plugin! one trouble i’m having, though, is that my gallery is a bit taller than the average monitor, and i can’t find a scrollbar option to check in the web module. so a client can’t select the vertical images because they go off the frame and there’s no way to go down. but when i look at the sample gallery (the one with the snowboarders) there’s scrollbars! what am i missing?
Hi, I love your plugin! Thanks so much for all your work on this. One question-when I create a new gallery, it seem to align the images at the bottom of the page, so that the comments/add text is not visible. If you resize the browser, the images kind of “pop” back into place. I didn’t see any other comments describing this problem, and I’ve upgraded to your latest version…
Thanks!
I realise I am echoning some previous posts.
What would be great if there was a visible counter showing you how many you had remaining from their quota?
So there was a visible counter counting down each time they added an image. What would also be great as well is a quick view box so you could see your entire selection.
Great add on thank you.
Great work!!!
Is it possible to add automatic apache .htaccess file creation (sets login name and password in lightroom) to activate password protected directories when upload gallery directory to web server? Another nice feature would be ability to save selected image information into same directory or similar, if the customer returns he/she can view their previous picks.

Oh this is just fantastic!! Well done. Now just integrate with Paypal!! Two ideas: 1) have someway of showing the items that have been selected and 2) the box that pops up asking for email etc the font needs to be bigger. Well done
