I am going to follow up this tutorial with a more straightforward and to the point tutorial. We will start from a stripped down template with only the bare essentials and then add design elements to it. It is not s simple task, but once you have a look at the files and kind of know where things are and what they do, you should be able to create your own without problems. Most of the functionality required is already programmed into this template. All you really need to do is plug in your own css styles, html, images, and whatever else you want to include.
